These are also the prime ingredients for many local specialities though countless types of meat dishes abound, as well as fine fish and seafoods from the plentiful seas around the peninsula, fragrant cheeses and exceptional desserts. But the undisputed star of Italian dining is the famous “first course”, in all its many varieties, including seafood dishes, pasta “dry” or in broth, soups, many kinds of noodle soups and minestrones, risottos and timbales.
Cuisine forms a vital aspect of Italian culture and at Ristorante Italiano 360. Italian food is highly famed: greatly loved and tirelessly imitated the world over, it has been a source of endless pleasure and joie-de-vivre in countries far and wide. And everyone knows how a tired, depressed individual will react if they come across a sign for Italian dining in the midst of a busy, industrial city anywhere in the world: their hearts will quite simply glow!
Ristorante Italiano 360 cookery is exceptionally varied, nutritious and healthy; traditions and recepies have been handed down from our families over the centuries, and are associated mainly with country life of (Messina) Sicily, in that dishes are directly linked to what the Earth produces over the changing seasons: in other words, wholesome cooking whose goodness depends on all-natural ingredients.
360 Ristorante Italiano has a wide range of desserts and celebration cakes from decadent Continental, Tiramisu, lush ricotta cheese and Giant Cannoli cakes made in house and even Gelato cakes supplied by Pure Gelato. Feel free to contact us to to arrange your next celebration cake. You are also welcome to bring your own celebration cake to 360 Ristorante Italiano a $2.75 per person cakeage fee applies.

Octopus in a marinade of garlic confit, parsley, chilli then grilled and served atop rocket leaf.
A recipe dating back 3 generations using veal, parmesan cheese & garlic then baked in a rich napolitana sauce and served with wood fired bread.
Calamari dusted in Mediterranean sea salt, pepper & flour then fried and accompanied by our in house tar tare sauce.
Queensland tiger prawns flambéed with white wine, infused with garlic, fresh basil, crushed Roma tomato and a hint of chilli.
Pan fried olives infused with extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic & fresh chilli.
Mixed leaf, olives, red onion, roma tomato, cucumber with a balsamic dressing.
Wild rocket leaf, roasted pine nuts, drizzled with a balsamic dressing, topped with shaved parmesan
Baby bocconcini, sliced roma tomato & fresh basil then drizzled with extra virgin olive
