    Wild rocket leaf, roasted pine nuts, with a balsamic dressing, then topped with shaved parmesan

    BLOOD ORANGE SALAD

    Segmented Orange tossed with extra virgin olive oil and dry chilli flakes

    Calamari Fritti

    Baby squid pieces dusted in Mediterranean Sea salt, pepper & flour then shallow fried, served with homemade tar tare sauce.

    POLLO PARMIGIANA

    Chicken breast sautéed in crushed tomato & basil, topped with char grilled eggplant bocconcini cheese and a sprinkle of pecorino cheese

    Lamb Shank

    Our recipe dates back 3 generations, Lamb is slow cooked for 16hrs with carrots, celery, rosemary and red wine and is served with baby carrots, and rosemary baked potatoes

    Fish of the Day

    Fresh catch of the day, brushed with a salmoriglio of chilli, capers garlic confit and olive oil. Chargrilled and finished with a diced cherry tomato, Spanish onion & basil.
