    Medallions of Norwegian smoked salmon, king island cream cheese and rocket
  • Tuna Vol au vent
    Pastry casings filled with a veloute of tuna, mornay and chives
  • Bruschetta Crostini
    Crusty mini baguettes topped with diced roma tomato, Spanish onions and fresh basil.
  • Tapenade Crostini
    Mini toasts with olive tapenade cherry tomato, bocconcini and fresh basil
  • Insalata Caprese on Skewers
    Baby bocconcini, cherry tomato & fresh basil then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Calamari Rings
    Tender baby squid crumbed and fried until golden.

    Chicken pieces arranged on skewers marinated with garlic, chilli and olive oil then char grilled
