Starters Course

This course is served in centre plates for all to enjoy,

  • Garlic Pizza
    Brushed with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic & sprinkle of mozzarella.
  • Rucola & Parmigiano
    Wild rocket leaf, roasted pine nuts, with a balsamic dressing, then topped with shaved parmesan
  • Blood Orange Salad
    Segmented Orange tossed with extra virgin olive oil and dry chilli flakes
  • Calamari Fritti
    Baby squid pieces dusted in Mediterranean sea salt, pepper & flour then shallow fried, served with home made tar tare sauce.

Main Meals

(This course is served individually and is alternating).

  • Pollo Parmigiana
    Chicken breast sautéed in crushed tomato & basil, topped with char grilled eggplant bocconcini cheese and a sprinkle of pecorino cheese
  • Lamb Shank
    Our recipe dates back 3 generations, Lamb is slow cooked for 16hrs with carrots, celery, rosemary and red wine and is served with baby carrots, and rosemary baked potatoes
  • Fish of the day
    The freshest fish we can buy on the day, usually Wild Barramundi, Atlantic salmon or Swordfish its your preference
