Over the past 17 years, 360 Italian has become a popular destination around the St George area to celebrate your work Christmas function. We are able to cater for seated parties of up to 160 people. If you wish to have a stand up buffet we can cater for many more.

Light crisp base brushed with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic and fior di latte.
Rucola, Parmigiano e pera
Wild rocket leaf, roasted pine nuts and pear with a balsamic reduction topped with shaved parmesan.
Mixed leaf, olives, red onion, roma tomato, cucumber and fetta dressed with white wine vinaigrette.
Italian Garlic Prawns
Tiger prawns flambéed in white wine, infused with garlic, fresh basil, crushed tomato and a hint of chilli.
A recipe dating back 3 generations using Veal, parmesan cheese, garlic then baked in a rich Napolitana sauce and served this some crusty wood fired bread.
Risotto Milanese shaped in to a pine cone filled with beef ragu and mozzarella
Salt & Pepper Baby Squid
Fresh baby squid pieces dusted in Mediterranean Sea salt, pepper and corn flour then shallow fried, served with homemade tar tare sauce
Tender breast of chicken slow cooked with pinenuts, sundried tomato then infused with a silky veloute of fresh cream hinted with garlic and basil.
Spaghetti Al matriciana
Seared pancetta pieces (bacon) with leek, chilli, basil in a rustic crushed tomato base sauce.
Crushed tomato, bocconcini, basilico.
Shaved double smoked ham, mushrooms, olives.
A delicious array of char grilled vegetables includes eggplant, capsicum, zucchini, cherry tomato and olives.
