First Wave

  • Garlic Pizza
    Light crisp base brushed with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic and fior di latte.
  • Crusty wood fired bread
    Baked in our wood fired oven daily and served with mixed marinated olives & dipping oil.
  • Insalata Caprese
    Baby bocconcini, roma tomato & fresh basil then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Insalata Al arancio
    Segmented blood orange tossed with salt and dry chilli drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Greek Salad
    Roma tomato, cucumbers, olives, spanish onion and feta drizzled with olive oil and sprinkles of oregano

    Rocket leaf, pine nuts , green apple drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with shaved parmesan

Second Wave

    Risotto Milanese shaped in to a pine cone filled with beef ragu and mozzarella
  • Salt & Pepper Baby Squid
    Fresh baby squid pieces dusted in Mediterranean Sea salt, pepper and corn flour then shallow fried, served with homemade tar tare sauce
  • Involtini Di Mellanzane
    Slices of eggplant filled with a breadcrumb, parsley, pancetta stuffing then simmered in crushed tomato.
  • Meatballs
    A recipe dating back 3 generations using veal, parmesan cheese & garlic then baked in a crushed tomato sauce and served with some crusty wood fired bread.
  • Risotto Suppli
    Saffron Risotto shaped into golf balls pocketed with buffalo cheese, crumbed then fried till crisp and golden.

Third Wave

  • Tortellini Boscaiola
    Veal filled pasta pockets infused with diced pancetta, field mushrooms, Infused through fresh cream simmered until golden then hinted with creamed garlic and grated pecorino pepato.
  • Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e peperoncino
    The Italian classic of long strands of pasta tossed with confit garlic, olive oil, fresh chilli & parsley, finished with grated parmesan
  • Spaghetti Napolitana
    Long strands of pasta tossed with crushed roma tomato sauce hinted with confit garlic, fresh basil and finished with grated parmesan
  • Tortellini Napolitana
    Veal filled pasta parcels coated with a traditional Napolitana sauce.
  • Penne Norma
    Eggplant pieces brushed with olive oil, garlic and chilli then char grilled, sautéed in crushed roma tomato sauce and fresh basil, finished with ricotta.
  • Penne Matriciana
    Short tubular pasta sautéed in crushed roma tomato sauce with diced pork belly, fresh basil and chilli. Finished with grated parmesan.

    White base with mixed mushrooms atop a truffle paste, pork sausage and shaved parmesan drizzled with truffle oil.

    Crushed tomato base, fior di latte cheese, Provolone cheese, char grilled capsicum, mild chorizo and olives with a hint of garlic.

    Crushed tomato base, cheese, Shaved double smoked ham, mushrooms, olives.

    Crushed tomato base, cheese, Sicilian anchovy fillets, olives, oregano.

Children’s Meals

The children have the availability to the adult degustation excluding the main course. The kids main course is snitzel and chips at a cost of $25 per child.
