First Wave

  • Garlic Pizza
    Light crisp base brushed with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic and fior di latte.
  • Crusty wood fired bread
    Baked in our wood fired oven daily and served with mixed marinated olives & dipping oil.
  • Greek Salad
    Roma tomato, cucumbers, olives, spanish onion and feta drizzled with olive oil and sprinkles of oregano
  • Rocket Salad
    Rocket leaf, pine nuts , green apple drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with shaved parmesan

Second Wave

  • Calamari Rings
    Calamari rings dusted in Mediterranean Sea salt, pepper and cornflour then shallow fried.
  • Eggplant Involtini
    Slices of eggplant filled with our famous stuffing made from breadcrumb, parsley and pancetta. Then simmered in crushed tomato.
  • Meatballs
    A recipe dating back 3 generations using veal, parmesan cheese & garlic then baked in a crushed tomato sauce and served with some crusty wood fired bread.
  • Risotto Suppli
    Saffron Risotto shaped into golf balls pocketed with buffalo cheese, crumbed then fried till crisp and golden.

Third Wave

  • Tortellini Boscaiola
    Veal filled pasta pockets infused with diced pancetta, field mushrooms, Infused through fresh cream simmered until golden then hinted with creamed garlic and grated pecorino pepato.
  • Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e peperoncino
    The Italian classic of long strands of pasta tossed with confit garlic, olive oil, fresh chilli & parsley, finished with grated parmesan
  • Penne Matriciana
    Short tubular pasta sautéed in crushed roma tomato sauce with diced pork belly, fresh basil and chilli. Finished with grated parmesan.

Pizza Mista

A Selection of wood fired pizzas including

  • Margherita
    Crushed tomato, bocconcini, basilico.
  • Tartufo
    White base with mixed mushrooms atop a truffle paste, pork sausage and shaved parmesan drizzled with truffle oil.
  • Chorizo
    Crushed tomato base, fior di latte cheese, Provolone cheese, char grilled capsicum, mild chorizo and olives with a hint of garlic.
  • Capricciosa
    Crushed tomato base, cheese, Shaved double smoked ham, mushrooms, olives.

Children’s Meals

The children have the availability to the adult degustation excluding the main course. The kids main course is snitzel and chips at a cost of $25 per child.
