Garlic Pizza

Brushed with extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic & sprinkle of mozzarella.
Rucola & Parmigiano
Wild rocket leaf, roasted pine nuts, with a balsamic dressing, then topped with shaved parmesan
Insalata Caprese

Baby bocconcini, roma tomato & fresh basil then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Blood Orange Salad
Segmented Orange tossed with extra virgin olive oil and dry chilli flakes
Rocket, fennel and Raddichio
Wild rocket leaf, fine slices of fennel and Radicchio trevisano leaves tossed with olive oil and white wine vinaigrette.
Calamari Fritti

Baby squid pieces dusted in Mediterranean sea salt, pepper & flour then shallow fried, served with home made tar tare sauce.

Pollo Parmigiana

Chicken breast sautéed in crushed tomato & basil, topped with char grilled eggplant bocconcini cheese and a sprinkle of pecorino cheese
Lamb Shank

Our recipe dates back 3 generations, Lamb is slow cooked for 16hrs with carrots, celery, rosemary and red wine and is served with baby carrots, and rosemary baked potatoes
Vitello Involtini

Slices of veal back strap pocketed with prosciutto crudo, gruyere cheese and asparagus finished with a white wine and sage reduction.
Vitello Funghi

Tender veal back strap marinated with sprigs of rosemary the infused in a creamy veloute of sautéed field mushrooms and a hint of garlic.
Fish of the day
The freshest fish we can buy on the day, usually Wild Barramundi, Atlantic salmon or Swordfish its your preference
